Jill Lawrence is one of the top realtors I’ve ever worked with. We did two major transactions that were complicated, but she made them so easy . She’s extremely knowledgeable and makes the transactions seamless. In fact it was a joy.!! Hawaii can be an intimidating place to buy a home because the laws are not as familiar as they are on the mainland and working with her made it so easy.
First off we just want to say Jill is not your typical realtor. She goes way beyond the call of duty. Personally we hate dealing with realtors because most just want to do the minimal amount of work to get a deal, therefore sacrificing your best interests. Not Jill, she knows Hawaii like the back of her hand. She knows the best areas of the island and she knows where to stay away from. She knows all the points of interest, the best neighborhoods the best schools and if you let her, she’ll even teach you a little Hawaiian language if needed:) We have purchased a lot of real estate over the years and have never seen anyone put this much effort into finding the right home and helping to close the deal at a great price. That is almost impossible to find. Jill is not only our realtor but now our forever friend.
This was the nicest place we have ever stayed at while traveling. Our first experience in the house was meeting and getting a tour from Jill. She made us feel welcomed right out of the gate. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and comes with everything you need to have a solid home base to come back to after a full day of activities. Being a few feet from the ocean provided us with a soundtrack that enveloped us in peace and relaxation. This was our first time in Hawaii, and this house was the perfect start to our trip. This isn’t just a vacation house but a palace!
Jill Lawrence has been managing both the upkeep and rental of our beautiful vacation home on the North Shore of Oahu since 2016. She is responsive, responsible, proactive, and enjoyable to work with. Some notable things she has done for us include getting a water heater replaced the same day it sprung a leak, which is no small feat on the North Shore. She has effectively supervised needed repairs to our deck, fence, and yard, as well as ensuring that periodic maintenance such as power washing, and changing outdoor fixtures and indoor decor is done in a timely, cost-efficient manner. She warmly greets and orients all of our guests, and is available to them throughout their stay. We have received consistently positive feedback from our guests about their interactions with Jill, which matters very much to us.
